Section 1 – Introduction: At AI Profits Bot, we highly value your satisfaction. All our products and programmes are crafted meticulously to meet your needs. This refund policy applies to all purchases made from us directly, be it via our website, sales over the phone, or any purchases made in-person at live events.
Section 2 – Our unique offers, discounts, or promotions cannot be combined unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change the prices of our products, which are only applicable within the promotional period advertised.
Section 3 – Digital Download Products: Upon purchase, you will immediately receive access to our training platform. In case of any issues accessing our digital content, quickly get in touch with our customer support support@aiprofitbots.org. Note, the purchase of our training programmes doesn’t grant permissions to share, reproduce, or resell our products.
Section 4 – Digital and downloadable product sales are final, as we can’t retrieve access once it has been granted. However, under EU regulations, customers who haven’t commenced their course have a 14-day cancellation and refund allowance. The moment a customer commences a course, they specifically and explicitly waive any rights to a refund due to the nature of digital content.
Section 5 – Account Status & Chargebacks: If your account is in arrears or is deemed unsatisfactory for any other reason, certain membership benefits and access to certain platforms may be withdrawn. In the case of chargebacks, please be informed that all services will be immediately suspended, and a lifetime service ban will be imposed.
